Terms of use

This website describes Neovizio’s consulting services. It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice. Consulting work requires a separate written agreement.

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party product names belong to their owners. References to them do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Privacy

Neovizio is responsible for the information described here. This notice covers website visitors, contact inquiries and career applications. Client-project data is handled under the relevant service agreement.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message. Career inquiries may include a résumé, work samples and any other details you send.

Hosting and delivery providers may record technical information, such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and request times. Short-lived delivery identifiers help prevent duplicate submissions and abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, discuss consulting work, review applications, protect the site and meet legal obligations. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps you request before an agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and recruiting, or legal obligations, as applicable.

Who receives it

Netlify hosts the site. Google Apps Script and email services process and deliver contact-form messages. These providers process the information needed to run those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights and site security.

Providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer safeguards are required, you can ask us for details using the email address below.

Cookies and tracking

This site’s code does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising scripts or third-party embeds. It does not track you across other websites or change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond, review applications and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on ongoing correspondence, whether an inquiry leads to work and applicable obligations.

Your choices and rights

You choose whether to send us information. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information. You may also object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Email contact@neovizio.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. Where available, you can ask us to review a denied request or complain to your local privacy regulator.
